Whose idea was this?

Poland turned the Junior Fulbrighters loose in Prague for the weekend. The results: baking, sight seeing, beer, and a rather amusing incident involving an ETA tumbling down the stairs with a cup of coffee in hand.
The irony: they carry the Fulbright name, which is supposedly prestigious. But if you're on the east side of the pond, more often then not, it's merely regarded with quizzical looks . Either way, the aforementioned crazies are still funded by the Department of State.Oh the huge manatee!
