Master of the Washing Machine

Just so everyone knows, I have officially mastered the temeramental European washing machines in the basement of Olowek, and I now have clean clothes. There are four machines in the basement, and only one works properly. I used the two newest ones, and ended up having to transfer sopping wet clothes from the broken machine to the good one so the water could be spun out. Eh...when in Olowek, deal with it. Anyway, wash here is free, which makes me happy. However, dryers are non-exsistant in Europe, so my clothes and a drying rack are hanging out on the balcony right now. Later, I want to try and hang the little clothes line Heather gave me for Christmas. But, I should check with Kasha and make sure that putting nail holes in the wall isn't a big no-no.

This weekend we're taking a bus to Prague in the Czech Republic. We leave tomorrow at 2:00 and we'll be back late Sunday night/early Monday morning. I'm really excited--it's a new city to explore and a welcomed change of pace.

No dryers???? What kind of a place is that???? Oh well, anyway, you know me...not much for the "inconvienences" of life!!! :-)

Have a great time this weekend...have fun traveling and I can't wait to see the pictures that come from that!!!

We're gonna have "toads in the road" for breakfast on Saturday in honor of your trip across Europe this weekend. That'll make Chase smile...

Oh! Another question I was gonna ask you was if you have classes on Fridays? Or..when you start classes, if you'll have them on Fridays. Whatever.

No Update about Prague? I was certain I'd have some savory morsels of information to be envious of, while wasting away my snow day. Now I'm just bored...
